	KARL A. JENNINGS (Karl@NashandCompany.com) President of NASH & COMPANY, Karl has over 20 years of managing a multimillion dollar portfolio of businesses in widely diversified industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail and services. Karl brings unequaled experience and insight to the numerous and complex issues of business ownership transfers. He is an entrepreneurial financial executive with a proven record of success in financial analysis, assessment, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis and systems integration. Karl is particularly skilled at capital structure of complex transactions.
	R. RONALD NASH (retired) Founder of NASH & COMPANY, Ron has over 30 years in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He has founded, funded, bought and sold companies for his own account. Ron has held senior positions with Fortune 50 companies providing operating expertise, marketing, sales management and merger acquisition skills. Since 1990, Ron and his companies have specialized in all areas of ownership, transfers and funding for mid-size companies.
	ROBERT E. O'CONNOR (Bob@NashandCompany.com) Bob adds yet another dimension to our firm with years of experience in the M&A industry. Having previously served over 25 years as a consultant and executive providing direction to various small and mid-sized, privately owned manufacturing companies, Bob gives Nash & Company additional insight into the "science" of business. Bob is a graduate of Manhattan College (BBA) and the Babson Institute (MBA).
	MANUEL AFFLER (Info@NashandCompany.com) As a former owner of a mid-sized company, Manny brings over 40 years of experience in manufacturing, new product design, and marketing. He has also worked with Computer Engineering and Research, Inc. Manny attended Queens University, Ontario, and Lowell Tech for his degree in Engineering.
