IBA - Institute of Business Appraisers
The Institute of Business Appraisers is the oldest professional society devoted solely to the appraisal of closely-held businesses. Established in 1978, the Institute is a pioneer in business appraisal education and professional accreditation.

 
IBBA - International Business Brokers Association
IBBA is the largest international non-profit association operating exclusively for the benefit of people and firms engaged in the various aspects of business brokerage, and mergers and acquisitions. Today, the IBBA totals more than 900 cooperative business brokers and intermediaries across Canada, Mexico, Europe and the U.S.


AMAA Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors
International alliance of independent accountants, attorneys, and financial advisors. NEBBA - New England Business Brokers Association
NEBBA was established to draft and enforce a high standard of ethics for members who are engaged in activities related to the sale of closely held companies. For most customers and clients, the sale or purchase of a business is the largest single investment they will make in their lifetime.


M&A Source - The M&A Source
