IBA - Institute of Business
Appraisers
The Institute of Business Appraisers is the oldest professional society devoted
solely to the appraisal of closely-held businesses. Established in 1978, the
Institute is a pioneer in business appraisal education and professional
accreditation.

IBBA - International Business
Brokers Association
IBBA is the largest international non-profit association operating exclusively for
the benefit of people and firms engaged in the various aspects of business
brokerage, and mergers and acquisitions. Today, the IBBA totals more than 900
cooperative business brokers and intermediaries across Canada, Mexico, Europe and
the U.S.

AMAA – Alliance
of Merger & Acquisition Advisors
International alliance of independent accountants, attorneys, and financial
advisors. The focus on the special Corporate Financial Planning needs of
privately-held businesses with sales ranging to $100 million. Alliance of Merger
& Acquisition Advisors (AMAA) members have created a recognized network of

NEBBA - New England Business
Brokers Association
NEBBA was established to draft and enforce a high standard of ethics for members who
